By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (shipping address, contact number, and payment details) is accurate. Rimi Signature is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping
Local deliveries (within Nigeria) typically take 5 to 7 working days. International shipments typically take 9 to 12 working days. Special formulations require an additional 1 to 2 weeks of preparation before shipping.
For international orders, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any other obligations required by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rimi Signature bears no liability for packages delayed, held, seized, or returned due to the customer’s failure to meet these requirements, and no refund will be issued in such cases. 5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns or exchanges are accepted only where there has been a processing error on our part or the item is damaged on arrival, reported within 2 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for customer errors, including wrong selection or change of mind. Rimi Signature does not offer refunds outside of confirmed processing errors or damaged items.
